Change the handling line.

People have too many opinions about things they know nothing about, and the less they know, the more opinions they have.

Common/Data/handling.dat.  BUT there is no handling line for pstockade.  So you have to modify the vehicle.ide, also in the common/data folder.

I never modified my pstockade, but I have modified my nstockade.  So use something like this for a CVPI type car...this is what I use for my nstockade.  I have already changed the it to pstockade for you:

pstockade, pstockade, car, POLICE2, TAXI, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI3, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.3, 2, 1.0 ,0, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery

Put that in the pstockade line located in your vehicle.ide file.  I have the handling line pointed to POLICE2 handling line, located in your handling.dat file.  You can point the handling to anything really...police, police2,ect.

EDIT:  Always backup the files before you modify them.  Just incase!  Just copy the handling.dat and vehicle.ide before you hack into them.

Good luck
