Both the old skin and new on the Explorer look awesome. Can't wait for the model to use! 

The Newer LVMPD Taurus's use the SLR actually so do their new LVMPD Explorer's I actually planned on doing the newer Explorer's when I get the time which will be soon

Wow! The new LVMPD liveries looks awsome, really looking forward to seeing their new fleet. Really hoping someone will make a good LVMPD FEPI with the SLR (Sexy beast warning ). 

 

Same for me, don't like the Valor, SLR is LVMPD's thing you know :P

The reason why they have all of those random lightbars is because that's a part of their car testing I guess. They wanted to see which lighbar was the better one and what cars to use. If I remember correctly, I believe they're "doing a CHP", which means that their new vehicle of choice is the FEPI with a SLR.

 

Those SLR's are so damn attractive! Unlike the Valour which has great practical use but looks f****** terrible!
