what is the best timescycle mod that is good on the computer, looks good with els, and isnt too bad for fps?? any suggestions??  or maybe an enb of the same sort?? thanks

Well Sgt.Kanyo has a really nice Timecycle you can download I think both here and on GPM. It's his V5 timecycle.

reality iv 2.0....it looks like an enb and its available on gta4-mods.com

I really really like RealityIV 2.0 But ELS looks horrible with it.

I switched back to Sgt.Kanyo's Timecycle V5. At least till i found a way to make Reality IV looks better with ELS

its something to do with the timecycle file because when I switched in visual iv timecycle the els lights lit up not sure what to edit in that

There is a variable for bloom in timecycle too ;)

what you can do is use the timecycle and visual settings from realistic timecycle and use all the other files from reality iv 2.0...it looks godly especially if you use the skydome from reality iv

 

What value controls the bloom? If I knew I would tweak RealityIV V2.0 to my liking. ELS lights are not very bright with that.

This mod will give you the greatest draw distance and also increase the in-game FPS (5-10+) and also save VRAM.

 

The city isn't covered in fog anymore neither so you can actually see the tall buildings in the distance.

I'm not really into editing timecyc, but if you open the default one with EditIV (Google the program) & there you will see what value it is since it's very easy to make tweaks with that. I also think Bugs made some edits to it since if you DL his Radiance Mod, you will see in there also a timecyc added to the VisualSettings he edited.

I use VisualIV version 1.7.8 found here. ELS looks great and most of my nonENB screenshots are taken with the VisualIV timecycle.

So you can just combine the timecycle and visual settings from different TimeCycle mods? What ones look good together? I'm also looking for something that isnt' too hard on my system but looks decent, especially with ELS. I usually use Kanyo's RTC V5.

yeah I found it best if you install reality iv 2.0 first and then sgt kanyos realistic timecycle visual settings and the timecycle ontop of that...I tried using other visual settings just to see what itd look like and while it works if you use the dof files the environment gets messed up when you push p so that's the combo I found worked best
