Fantastic release, simply superb I'm astounded at the improvements and additions in control of suspect that alone is amazing. 

 

On topic I have a similar error, when I try to start the various siren/lighting within any police vehicle using divide the game immediately crashes. I've tried remapping to another key and the same error occurs. I can use the traditional key to start the siren and lights as normal so not a major issue or anything. Logs below.

Just did a full fresh installation of GTA IV and installed 1.0 on that and but still got the same issue with the lighting.

 

I thought I would try in case I had accidentally left any mods/scripts or old bits of LCPDFR around but still same problem.

 

Do you use ELS or the default lighting system? I am currently experiencing that problem when I have launched LCPDFR. I cannot replicate the crashing when LCPDFR has not been activated.

If ToggleSirenMode is set to None it will simply not work at all, because no key is mapped to toggle it.

I use ELS so as a result I don't the LCPDFR siren system as such. As said previously I called it a temp-fix, it should at least quarantine the crash. :smile:

I have same problem with lights. Every time I press the / button game crashes and I have "stock" cop cars and no ELS. Hopefully we get quick-fix or something but other than that mod is awesome and I haven't even scratched the surface  :smile:

I was having random CTD as well as the lighting issue. I turned off callouts and the random CTD seems to have gone now. But the lighting issue remains. 

don't install xlive just yu the dsound only...it works with your old els 7.....xlive crashes when lights are on

 

I'm actually running with dsound and not xlive, also don't use ELS (the cars I use are not made for it anyways).

I'm happy to know that as well! I'm still able to use the normal Sirens/lights via the "G" key, if that helps as well, and I'm sure others can attest to that as well.
