ELS Version 7.1 preview

I have never heard of dual sirens, are they an American thing or are they simply made up for the purpose of the release?

Yeah, ive never heard about it either! But is it maybe Multipe sirens? Like "L" Does a siren, "K" does another one. Example: KeyBindings1: K [insert siren name here]

KeyBindings2: L [insert siren name here]

Or something like that.

There needs to be an option to disable ELS for the AI on a key. I like having ELS on for AI but after they drive off (After a shoot out, pursuit etc) they have their lights still on and I have to get into the other cops car, turn them off and then resume doing my thing. Kind of annoying

Everything else looks pretty great ;)

They do exist, but they're mainly used for larger vehicles like firetrucks and ambulances. One FD near me uses a Q-Siren, a smart siren and a rumbler, and can activate all at the same time.

Sticks and stones may break bones, but 5.56 fragments on impact.

Aww okay, thank for letting me know! The police in Scotland, to my knowledge, use only one siren at a time. It sounds like a pretty smart idea actually haha!

Not going to lie here, ELS has never made my game crash, like ever.

My game works perfectly with ELS V6, but it crashes with V7 and I was checking all the support threads and nothing helps, although I am very exited for V7.1

@UrbaneDegree18: They are an American thing(as far as I know), I've never heard them used in other foreign countries.

Here is an example on Duel Sirens on an ambulance in New York City:

For anyone having issues with crashing on v7, I fixed it with a complete reinstall. All my mods stayed the same though.

That helped a lot in my case. I hope the VCF's are relatively easily ported to version 7.1.
