I say lets do it in lcpdfr 1.0

I doubt that'll happen. You'd need to hire voice actors, a recording studio, ect to have it sounding somewhat professional. Besides, most people who use LCPDFR don't play as the NYPD anyway, so it'd be a pointless addition.

Well i've been tried to change the police radio sounds but i couldn't because IVaud only can analyze ivaud file of gun or car sounds.

You can change radio sounds in LCPDFR folder though.

Dear Sir,

Have you heard of an opinion?

Haha.

Just as Sharp said, it would be a lengthy process and would pose unnecessary cost (voice actors, mics etc).

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

scratch that...

EDIT: You would have to edit and/or replace the soundfiles, something which is a lengthy process. You would have to dig into the game files, and those files are locked down. Badly locked down. But you should be able to find them with OpenIV. Not sure in which sub-directory though.

1. Get some studio equpment.

2. Hire some actors.

3. Record some sound.

4. Use Open IV to find the sounds you want to replace.

5. Replace the sounds.

6. If you have an budget under 10k, you'll be screwed.

7. Happy Modding!
