How do I make the russian gansters stop shooting me in gta iv?

When I try firing my taser or gun in broker a bunch of Russian gansters mess everything up and I have to constantly clean my clothes and it pisses me off and is there an option in the trainer and how do I find a solution to this problem?

Its not possible. Maybe stop patrolling in hove beach lol

Well in some areas if you Attemp to shoot one of there members or Arrest they would End up trying to kill you! I dont think there is a way to stop it! But here is some tips to will make your survive! Cause many times it would be more then 1 shooter and if you play hardcore mode! you wouldn;t Even attemp to shootback unless you catch them reloading.....

 

When that happens where im in a Gunfight with a random gang member i use the  Simple native Trainer  and Set Wanted level to 4--- So Officers can Rush to my area! You dont need to worry about them Attacking or shooting you! They will rush to the seen and Help you out! They will arrest and even Shoot the suspect DEAD. Once you dont need it anymore you can Disable it and they will go in there police cars and Drive off with the els still going off :)... Matter of fact i use this even during Police chases. as well and it works great , No Script Crashes, No ramming you or harming you in anyway or anything. Works perfectly!!!

 

The only Cons about it is! sometimes the cops leave a big mess! Sometimes the Ai drive to damn fast and crash into objects 30 percent of the time. and Sometimes in order to have them arrest the suspect! they need all the officers on the map to Get to him before Detaining him in the police car i notice! but other then that! its cool!

Problem with this method it will causes crashes more frequently, in my experience.

Not sure why that's a problem.  I go to Hove Beach specifically for the very reason OP posted; to arrest and kill bad guys (in hardcore mode no less).

 

Stay in Algonquin and hand out speeding tickets and such until you get the hang of things.  Much less aggressive peds.
