Wow After seeing this video i ask myself why would a parent Put there kids endanger by running.
 
1) This could have been all avoided if she just accept the ticket and fight it in court.
 
2) by law a officer can Command you out of your vehicle no matter what....
 
3) If you having a issue with a officer. Its best to Request another officer on since or supervisor to handle the issue! or just go in front of the judge. a  speeding ticket is nothing to go to jail for.
 
4) once you see your kid trying to attack the police officer . the mother is the one that Provoke the chain cause if she just listen to the cop and not ran back into the car and resisting the officers orders . now those lods are gonna are gonna have a bad idea of the cops now.. ont op if the  14 year old kid have a record
 
5) as for the 1 cop shooting it seemes he was aiming for the tires as he didnt blindly shoot. by the angle and position he got into . you can see he is trying to take the tires out.... maybe..  No I dont think he should have use this weapon. i believe he was to much caught up in his officers jumping back, and the lady running and he panic at the last action.
 
6) the officer that was on his own before back up showed up did everything fine. the video Fully shows he was calm untill the lady started to resist his orders....
 
 
So in overall in what i think is ! the mother is Clearly a Dumb*** for running and could have taken the ticket and went about her way! instead her action cause a chain event and trigger 3 crimes for no reason from speeding ticket to Evading a officer , Endangering Childs life, and her son Charge with Assault to police officer....  again the back up  officer did Over react and dont think he should lose his job.... in the video you didn;t see the windows get hit or the trunk i think he was trying to take out the tires so the pursuit can end quickly.. and on top of that.. Didnt seem he knew there was kids in the vehicle... so please keep that in mind!..

Police Officers Have to Follow Chain of command and Rules... As for Criminals well. There isn't no rules matter of fact the United State laws is to protect the Criminals not the Right . Sad to say But True. For example In the US Police have to Deal with Stress , Trouble Makers , Getting Sued , Who have guns, Who have Connections , and number one the Unknown that can happen.. For example. a Police officer Stops a Kid and the Kid Pulls out the weapon and Aim at the cop. the cop Kills the Kid.... with 4 to 5 Bullets...Now people blame the cop but never stated kid is wrong for having a Loaded weapon. now Put Your mind set in the officer Position. What if that was you. and all you see is a kid. with a handgun Getting ready to shoot. you have 1 second to think and make a Action. which you must deal with ( Stress , OMG OMG OMG , Aiming , Is there people around the suspect, Will the suspect Shot me first, Will i miss and kill someone , and so on, 1 second to think and make a Action. Sadly out of 100 people only 5 to 6 people will see what the cop have to go thru. As for the Kid Its pretty Simple. Shoot and Kill and run....Not thinking.... in this case alot of people said the cop was wrong... 
          What i have notice also is when a police officer do a good deed and there job no one really care or to even give respect to a police officer for what he have done. for example a cop in NY bought a homeless man a pair of Boots and socks,,,, 1 Ny police officers Died to save a person in a burning Building and 1 injured.. i even witness police officers Helping the elders cross the street . Hell i even seen officers let people go for driving without a license and giving them a chance to get home and park without jail. or even a ticket..... Again im a Tow truck driver and i see alot of things on the road and it hurts to see people Bad talk the police that serve and protect for us to keep the street Save....

Because of months/days of Abuse they end up being more Aggressive. Its not a Excuss for a police office to Abuse someone. 100 percent noT but cops are people and at times need Help to d eal with there Issues as well..... Being a cop is a Great thing but its very Demanding on your life /Family.....
 
Anyways I just felt i needed to express how i feel and would like other people to Express how they feel as well..

Wow i remember i had a debate about this with someone couple months back on this forums lol... Just wanted to add that  but just to say something .Please note as a Christian..
 
1) I  Don't Agree of it...
 
2)  Instead of Marriage is should be call Legally Joined. Because the word Marriage is for man and woman.
 
3)  Who Cares. As long no-one Force or try to teach your kids to be Gay... Besides that! its all God business.
 
4) Remember The Entire world will never be gay.. So why even worry about that :) If the Entire World became real well They would have to be a law for every guy to donate there Stuff in a tube every 3 months ... :) ............ But you see my point :)

I heard stories also about TSA Frisk . But i really don't think they are harming anyone. They are making sure no one is Transporting any Items that can Harm or Cause a issue during Transport. You have to understand the way the world is now is completely Sick! People want to disarm the Law enforcement. and Apply all these Gun rules for people that have weapons. But you have to clearly understand it only works for the people that obey the law. for the Criminal there is no Law or Rules.. They should have some TSA officers Armed on scene in case something Goes wrong.... And BTW Being a officer isn;t a easy job! Sad to say but the Laws of America Protect the Criminals more then the innocent. It would be cool to Do some calls-outs that turn into a Investagation, Like Respawn to a Crime scene , Look around for some Evidence and take it back to the Police station and try to see if they can Match finger prints , D,N, A and stuff,, Maybe if possible to ask around and see if anyone witness anything,,  and once We have a suspect , It would show there Details , where they live , or hang out and its up to the officer to find them! , So you would have to Go to there home which would show on the map and see if the person is there! or Patrol around the area !!! the person would have a Red Blip once y ou see the suspect,
 
what can be the outcome?
 
If caught at home!
 
1) the person can give up
 
2) The person can take out a gun and start shooting
 
3) the person might have this friends with him and might up in a Big shootout
 
OR if caught on the street
 
1) person can run,
 
2) person might try to take a hostage (only if its possible)
 
3) Start shooting at the cops
 
4) Steal a car and try to get away :)
 
And for my second idea
 
To add the  police feeling :)
 
once you arrest the suspect you have to walk them inside the police station and Fill out a Report!  and once down! a Prisoner bus picks up the prosoner and take them to the prison :)... Of course you dont need to Escort the bus unless you want to!,,,, maybe prison breaks can happen during the transport! and it can turn into a Help call :),, ,,,,,,

Prison Riot call out,, Basiccly prisoner going crazy and attack all the guards, and trying to escape... you rush to the scene and try to Stop the riot! ... to stop the riot you must at least Detain 4 to 5 prisoner to Stop the Riot and restore order :)
