Thank fuck you are seeing it too! I kept seeing a cat pop up in the top right of topics, then vanish less than half a second later. Glad to hear that I was not imagining it and going mad.

could be LCPDFR's way of making you fell bad about using an Ad blocker, because it pops up were the Ads go

I see it as well, I thought it was just Ads, like you see on all of the Sites, but even when I'm typing this done I see it right now, 

On a positive note, if you move your mouse over the forums tab or other tabs it goes off.

So move the mouse off and on quickly and you got a strobe-cat, a LCPDFR exclusive.

I think "strobe-cat" should be added to any and all dictionaries around the globe!
