Just a little project I've been working on for the past couple of days. I tried to make something as close to the real thing as possible and I'm pretty satisfied with the final result. Other than being a little thing to do get back into video editing, this actually shows off a couple of the new cool things that we are working on for 0.95 including semi-controllable partners and traditional callout style random world events.

It's a simple concept to grasp, but here it is explained yet again.

Also, if you had bothered to search for information relating to your problem, you wind find that the simple solution is to make it so your GTA IV files aren't read only, and that you run the installer as an administrator.
