Could I run Lord Neophytes HQ texture pack with the following specs?:

So if I can run the game with Lord Neophyte HD texture pack and ENB with this FPS and without CTDs, then with his system specifications he can run the game better.

It's not that i'm trying to show off, but I wanted to tell you that AMD cards are not so bad.

Texture's are textures, they won't cause lag or missing textures as I've noticed no differences in that.

Let's not forget that HD textures are of higher resolution than default ones, and thus they need more GPU power/memory.
