With ELS v5 this particular setup has been running with a single crash so far. I tried it with v6 but unfortunately it was still unstable, despite the fact that I replaced Police and Police2 with non-ELS vehicles. If you want any of the links in particular then feel free to ask (I can't be bothered to go searching for every single link right now), but it should all be fairly simple to find, with most of the mods coming from GTA Police Mods. All skins I mentioned were included with the cars.

yeah realistic time cycle isen't really a mod that sync the Game time to the real time xD it changes the way the night's and the day's looks.

for example the night looks much darker. because of that you get a better feeling for the lights in houses ect. that gives you a feeling of reallity xD (in my opinion)

This sounds interesting... How do you run it? Do you just place it in the scripts folder, or do you need some additional stuff like other scripts? (I'm not talking about the stuff that is required to run LCPDFR like .NET framework, I already have that)

It is a data file mod, you replace timecyc.dat and visualsettings.dat.

Does the game need more hardware if I run it? Do I get lower FPS? Or do the hardware requirements stay the same?

Because even though my PC should run GTA IV on high, it always causes a bit of trouble, so I don't install any mods that need a lot of processing power.
