Lol ok the video worked for me now. I had one where the cops shot the guy I was chasing and then proceeded to slaughter every witness in the area lol.

I've never seen an NPC officer taze somebody before. That's hilarious how they do it in unison, same with the shooting.

It was me doing the tasing....I think the animation is just bugged on the in game recording...
