I have iOS 7 on my phone and it's amazing. The only problem is that the colors of the icons on the home screen are kind of too bright/too high contrast. The battery also drains faster.

 

Maybe it's because you are on a dev build. They may fix the battery drain and the other issues between now and release. I will stick to the public launch for the update. Lots of times dev builds break some of the apps and I don't want to deal with that hassle.

It probably won't. As far as I know they're concerned about bug fixes and copying Appl'es "Mirror" technology to stream stuff to TV's wirelessly.
