What type Vehicle Quality?!?!?!

Featured Replies

Okay, I would like to know what type of Vehicles does the community of LCPDFR Like?

High Poly Vehicles; High Quality Interior, Motor, undercarage where you have more .

possibility of texture lost (texture lost= Where the Computer is not loading the Roads,

Buildings etc.), Just more Realistic of things etc. Also more lagging, more possibility

of your game crashing also.

Low Poly Vehicles; Low Quality Interior, Motor, undercarage, more of Picture of the

item. Less possibility of texture lost (texture lost= Where the Computer is not loading the Roads,

Buildings etc.) longer time in game, less Game Crashes, less Lagg.

PLEASE Tell me your opinion!

THANK YOU

Sincerely,

Sergeant Perez I-3

The title gave me cancer.

Anywho, Im with hilth0, as I prefer Low poly count but HQ

You can't "poll" the community on something like this because your results will be so split that you won't gain any usable info. If you make High poly cars some will be pleased and some won't use the cars because they cant. If you make a low poly car, some will be pleased because it will work good in their game and won't effect gameplay in a bad way like a high poly car while others won't use them because they can get away with using higher poly cars without any negative results. I'm planning on doing more low-poly cars this summer to help out those who's PC can't run higher poly cars.

Something along the quality of your CVPI. This kind of quality is great:

I'd love to see a Caprice with the x2100 lightbar and a GoRhino rambar. They are great.

Thanks, that car was a big success. A lot of people liked that car. It was only meant to be a private car for a friend but I had so many requests for it I decided to release it publicly. Don't hold your breath for a Caprice with that setup anytime soon. Only a few people have a good caprice model and they aren't giving it out or releasing it

I prefer low poly cars with texture interior. I cant stand the cars with every single part of the inside modeled like the buttons on the console, bulbs on the lights, seatbelts, cups, hats, donuts, dashboard, mic, etc. I find it useless since we cant really do anything with it. Its just for eye candy and takes up file size. I like the Driver SF cars a lot because its very frame rate friendly, I get no lag and no texture loss, and it doesn't crash my game like schaefft's CVPI that everyone loves using. Just my opinion on what I like. sadly, no one makes this type of cars. The only person that makes decent low poly cars is GFXLE over at GPM.

I personally love the Driver San Fran and Shaefft combo CVPI a few modders have.

Anything with an awesome exterior and nice low poly interior is good for me.

I don't really need pedals I can't see or a full 3-D engine with parts I can't see as for me it just adds to potential for crashes/texture loss.

So low poly but high quality is always my first option for me.

I have this "poll" then I, you, other Vehicle modelers are able to know a bit more of what the Public likes also the Public are also able to know more about the Vehicles that are used etc.
