Textures Go Wacky After Calling Noose?

Featured Replies

Hello Fellow Officers! I have recently started having problems with calling NOOSE backup. After I call them, I get the city bug.  The building and roads start disappearing. I am thinking it is my current processor, and I will be upgrading to this processor very soon! >>http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116775

<< The sooner the better! My question is it a problem with the processor or would re-installing LCPDFR solve that problem?  Thanks!

It's not the processor. It's a problem with the vram, GTA IV runs out of it when you call noose backup. So in that case you'll either have to lower your gfx settings, uninstall some mods with big textures or get a better graphics card (more vram).

My current Video card is a nVidia 660TI with 2GB of Vram.  The current mods, i have installed are the Police Helper, LCPDFR, Toing Script, Traffic Flow, and Radar.

Hmn, do you use carmods?

Yeah, Just the FBI, Police, Police2 and Polpatriot are occupied.

As said above, it's your VRAM. The high polygon count cars and advanced textures do it combined with GTA IV's already awful CPU/GPU management.
