Um...I really don't think this is a bug. Just a way of differentiating your gaming experience. In fact in police jargon Code 4 means: under control or no further assistance required.

Does it keep happening? Code 4 occures when the game can't create the event, mostly because to low RAM or slow HDD. Do you have many cars running ELS?

HAHA, i knew this was a bug >:D. And yes, ALL my vehicles have ELS i hope thats not a problem because i have sex with these cars (RAM isn't a problem, i have 6 GB ram0

Remove some cars with ELS, or else callouts won't work.

I don't think that's a bug like someone said... It just makes it more realistic, by saying that someone else is attending it. And all my vehicles have ELS too but it only happens if i say Yes to the callout like a minute after.

Yes, sometime Code 4 happens to make it realistic. But if it happens constantly it's either slow HDD or low RAM.

IT is a bug, but devs made it so it's handled realisticly rather than just saying "lololol, game couldn't spawn the event". Try removing few ELS cars.

I've tried it before too, but sometimes I get like 2 Code 4's or even more, but I just keep playing and then it stops with the Code 4's, so you COULD try to play on and see if it persists.

Not every agency uses code 4. I use 10-98 than a disposition code to inform assignment completed. We use Code #1-3 as a way to classify priority.

LC = NYC . NY uses it as far as i remember. idk.

The NYPD doesn't say Code 1-4 in that meaning, I think. As far as I know, they don't use Code 3.

LAPD use Code 3:)
