Yeah, but i need or a unlocked, or a red lights, traffic advisor, and ALPR.

There is no unlocked one. And there are no versions with ALPR.

People keep saying the 2011 is diferent then the newer models. How is it different? It looks the bloody same. Not even the wheels are different. It's not the Charger Pursuit version that's for sure, but these cars are the same. 2006 charger is the same as the 2007 charger for example.

Exactly. It looks the same, I fought someone released a 2012 Dodge Charger, I was like what? Lol, but it said 2011. But it's know different then a 2012 Charger. That Charger is nice.
