They will not spawn with civilians driving. Unless you add them to the cop cars group, they *may* spawn driving along with no ped inside. They won't naturally spawn in general, though.

Thanks again for making that mod, cp. Any plans on revisiting it, or is it pretty much final? I know there was some problems with some spawn setups I had.

Umm, heyy.

 

I see people are talking about adding vehicles and what not to GTA4.  I made a added car pack here on LCPDFR.com, you can install it and replace the cars you want.  It adds some cars from TLAD and TBoGT to GTA4.  No, you do not need to own any of the DLC's to run this mod.

 

 

Also, going off some older posts... SparkIV is a nice little program.  I still use it.  Mostly for accessing the game's audio files or exporting textures.  Other than that, everything else I do recommend OpenIV.  It is alot stronger and supports high quality shit like importing a huge ass texture.  I know if you have like, Nortan or something, it will see OpenIV as some sort of virus.  It's not a virus, Nortan is just shit.  So turn it off and install OpenIV and use it to modify my mod.

Steps 1-2 are already done, just start from step 3 and try your best!

After turning off Norton, install one of the non-shit AV programs. There are plenty of free ones.

Just downloaded the latest installer and no viruses detected with MS Security Essentials, MalwareBytes, or Norton Security Suite. It could be something the installer downloads during the process, but I never had anything pop up during initial and update installs, nor afterwards.

OpenIV is not a virus, lol. But you crappyones get it as a virus because of it functions. Also happens sometimes with game cracks :p  Download free Avast is one of the best!

Can someone please give me the download link for OpenIV? By the way, I have avast!, it was COMODO firewall that was detected OpenIV as malware. I don't know why they even add a useless anti virus thing to the firewall. It does not get definitions. >_>
