Alright, I googled and asked around and found nothing so I am open for suggestions! Updated to 877, No mods installed, just Redux(and before you start don't talk shit on it because I use it), LSPDFR and Plugins, All worked until I installed the openiv.asi and opencamera to the directory and now it crashes. Any suggestions, hints or anything will do! Trying to get pack to photo taking and videos!

<requiredExtras /> alright so is there a code to use to spawn all extras with this or do I have to do <requiredExtras /> EXTRA_1, EXTRA_2<requiredExtras /> ?

I have no idea why it autocorrected to that hahaha, I am using Bugs LAPD stuff and legit all the models are driving around with nothing on the model lol

Just seeing if there is a way to spawn all or all components on a vehicle for the AI to drive have since they all spawn in bare about 90% if the time.

So I tried calling in backup for a chase and the only units that respond are the helis and police bikes, all the other cars just sit there and don't move like they are glued to the ground.  Is it the mods that are doing it or is something else wrong?

Well I am officially going to be starting back up making more videos for my channel. I have been gone for a while I was at training but now since I am at my duty station I plan on making some more videos to put up.  Hoping to get more active subscribers because I lost a few being gone for so long but hopefully a few of you guys will check me out!

Well, because it's my home state we have an Active Shooter on The Ohio State University Campus, 2 Suspects, 1 is rumored to be down, 7 Students have been transported 1 in custody.  Columbus SWAT is setting up Snipers currently on the hotel as SWAT Clears "Watts Hall" where the apparent shots were heard.  Suspect is a male black, short hair is the only description so far. CPD just advised a Search Warrant on a nearby house......
 
UPDATE 10:53AM
 
Car was rammed into the Chemical Engineering Building before shots were heard.  1 Suspect has been killed.
 
11:00am
SWAT just cleared Watts Hall, currently moving to the next connected building for victims and clearing it.

OSU issued a Shelter Alert to be lifted as SWAT clears the parking garage. CPD is advising to not overturn it as hundreds of students leave, but CPD sets up crowd control as SWAT finishes clearing the area.
 
 
Suspect has been identified as an 18 year old male born in Somalia, was a student at OSU.  Reports said he hit multiple people in a family owned vehicle and then got out after crashing and starting to slash people. A nearby OSU Campus Officer fired shots at the suspect killing him and saving other lives.  Officer was nearby investigating a possible gas leak.

Alright, So I know Siren Mastery uses some WAV format that the default games siren don't use so where do I convert it so it is a PCM format because I see no point what so ever with Siren Mastery when ELS practically has the same thing integrated in it. Before anyone replies saying "Well Siren Mastery has this" I don't care, I am trying to make the audio files work for GTA Audio files while I work on my mega pack. Any ideas would be great.

We are no longer gonna be arrested for OpenIV!!!!!!!!  Rockstar has saved OpenIV, So now everyone can mod without uninstalling OpenIV on accident! Good job @t0y , Your petition was noticed.

Rockstar put out that they are working with OpenIV for Singleplayer modding only which is what OpenIV is. So today, OpenIV will no longer display the C&D when you launch it, meaning, Rockstar and T2 have realized that OpenIV isn't what they are trying to crack down on as it only mods for Singleplayer.

Whenever they release it. If you backed up your GTA just revert in RPH to an older patch for V for the mean time. If you haven't, well patience is key.

They probably all have backups of older versions of RageHook so they can still play the game.

I fucking hate rockstar and their shitty updates. Like honestly does anyone actually use any of the stuff in the dlcs 

If you are running GTA V v 1180, the newest RAGE update will not work. If you are running the newest update of GTA V v1290, use the newest RAGE.
