The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've been dealing with the LSPDFR problem for a very long time, because it just crashed. Then one person helped me and threw a screenshot from some program where it automatically found problems in the game. If it is publicly available, can someone help me find this program, otherwise I ran into problems in LSPDFR again after installing plugins? Thank you in advance!

    That’s just a custom xml in notepad++ to highlight specific plugins. The disadvantage of this is that you’ll have keep it updated manually. As a „tool“ for reading logs there’s either 686Utilities or Pyros LSPDFR helper which you can install as an app within discord.
