  1. GTAbear's post in Lcpdfr working but i don't play as a officer was marked as the answer
You should not just be Micheal.
If you are, then you are only in Story-mode, and has yet to startup RAGE.
Only after you have done that, you will have LSPDFR loaded.
The avatar of Micheal should then change to the avatar you should have build in side LSPDFR (Did you build one???)

I link you to the fail-safe modus for starting RAGE from desktop
Let us know if you still cant activate LSPDFR when you follow that guide:

  2. GTAbear's post in Rage and Steam was marked as the answer
Afaik that has not worked for a looooong time
You do need to first go to Story-mode, then step out and invoke RAGE-PH
  3. GTAbear's post in Did I get banned for trying to go online with LSPDFR? was marked as the answer
If you go online with any kind of modified GTAV folder, YES -You can indeed get banned !
That is why it is recommended to have a copy of GTAV folder in vanilla and to ONLY go online with that as GTAV folder. Your modified LSPDFR folder should then be renamed, then you are in no danger being banned.
I have NO idea around the appeal.
    You need to ask R*

  4. GTAbear's post in Waiting for authorization from epic games, this process may take up to 5min was marked as the answer
If you mean in one process -No not afaik, but it is not necessary or even advised to use R* to get GTA running.
You DO need to enter EPIC.
Lasr week EPIC had insane long response time, but i believe it got fixed over monday, at least EPIC works better for me now.
When / if the game-portal (EPIC or STEAM or any other) is down there is n0thing you can do! That is how they threat us the customers, and you agree to being screwed asa you accept being on their platform!
They simply claim the rights to not give you service, and we agree as if we were dodo-birds, but also because we cant disagree. If we do, the page just shut down, so thére...
Same thing if you are off-line. No access to any game on your pc.
Game-portals like EPIC could easily make a dummy server for local access, but they dont care, and why should they?
    Anywitch
    This
    https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/125624-rph-does-not-open-game/
always works -provided you can get online and EPIC is online as well..
  5. GTAbear's post in Can you replace the base game dispatch audio? was marked as the answer
You mean The sound-files used in LSPDFR that is placed in the folder
    ..GTAV\lspdfr\audio
That should be no issue at all
The files are 512kbps, and so must your own wave files!
-And they must ofcause be wave-files
You can use the free sound-editor Audacity to resample to 512kbps in wave-format

  8. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR Crashes was marked as the answer
    I can find one issue
Change plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file; found in your Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Then change Main.PreloadAllModels found in GTAV\LSPDFR | LSPDFR.ini to false.
  9. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR crashing in the loading screen was marked as the answer
Yes. Some file is corrupted and cant be loaded. Try and disable coastalCallout too. I do not have recognition that there should be something general bad, so its most likely possible to use a new version.
  10. GTAbear's post in help my gta keeps crashing after going on duty was marked as the answer
    Yes
    You have multiple plugin-issues
Your CalloutManager, is Version=0.2.0.0. You need vers. 1.4.1!
    But also
AssortedCallouts, , CalloutInterface, ImmersiveCallouts, PeterUCallouts, SuperCallouts, TrafficPolicer, UnitedCallouts, Wilderness Callouts
Are all in need of updating. You need to disable them and try without

  11. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR lag help was marked as the answer
Go to youTube and search for GTAV graphics. You find a lot of video that suggests different setups for different HW, but to find exactly your combo will be pure luck
  12. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR crash? Console command Conflict was marked as the answer
That could be a plugin that is bad.
I doubt your plugin-infor will be intact, sinse you crash when you go on duty, but try and
    drag this file
    ..GTAV| RagePluginHook.log
    Into this topic
  13. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR keeps crashing every 30 minutes was marked as the answer

    BasicCallouts
is reported as in need of updating.
    Try and disable it.
The general method for troubleshooting is to disable all mods, and then add them in sequence each with a new test-run But if you know when the fail was introduced and also know you added a MOD just before, then testrun without that newly added mod

  14. GTAbear's post in Inventory was marked as the answer
Do not believe you can. The content of your inventory is in many ways what is different from choosing one dept. for another.
There are several ways you can script the content of your inventory.
The cmd giveWeapon in console let you pick any weapon, There is a way to run a batch-script through console as well, i cant remember that cmd though... ( and it is simple to write an inventory-give plugin -That i can do : )

  16. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR Keeps Crashing was marked as the answer
    Ok..
    Lets try without ANY plugins.
Disable all plugins and Just load LSPDFR (Vanilla-run).
If you can run in vanilla, then it has to be one of the plugins, but if you cant run vanilla, then its something with your setup or files on pc.
Making a vanilla-test will show witch is the target
Also if you crash in vanilla post that log!
  17. GTAbear's post in Plugin randomly crashing occasionally was marked as the answer
Do you really need that many plugins?
Very often that many plugins will lead to control conflicts
    These are not updated
CountyCalls, FBIInteraction, RichsPoliceEnhancements, Section136Callouts, SimpleCallouts, SpeedyPursuit, SwatResponseCallouts, UnitedCallouts, UnsafeCallouts, WoutersCalloutsV
    And should be disabled

  20. GTAbear's post in Mouse pointer disappears in lspdfr menu was marked as the answer
That is correct. You cant use mouse in LSPDFR menus
All LSPDFR menus are controlled with the NUMBLOCK keys
    - for UP
    + for DOWN
    ENT for select
-Its a bit 'odd' but it is necessary to avoid activating GTAV features

  22. GTAbear's post in rage plugin hook infinitely loading lspdfr was marked as the answer
It is not the best way to launch the game, but since you have used this way when it worked, then the 'best' way most likely wont fix your issue, but try
    https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/125624-rph-does-not-open-game/
Reinstalling may be only way out but befor total reinstall you could try to 'only' verify game -Still takes hours : /
  23. GTAbear's post in bike problem was marked as the answer
Its that part that is really odd.
If all bikes was disabled, it would be more logical, but one works..
    That is odd
    Have you some Mods installed?
Some Mods allow themself to disable not only some weapons, but also vehicles. That is serious annoying!
You could try and disable all installed Mods, and then see if a Vanilla LSPDFR installation allows you to ride all bicycles
  24. GTAbear's post in LSPDFR keeps crashing and ive deleted all the mods ive installed today. was marked as the answer
My guess is that you either have something that is not deleted or you deleted something that should not.
The simplest way forward is to remove everything
Get your GTAV game verified and updated, and then download a complete new LSPDFR pack incl. RPHook, and do a reinstall
( Simplest is the manual install, then just drag everything into GTAV-folder
