You are missing the CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll file. 
reinstall it from one of the plugins that requires it for example SuperCallouts

You are running an old version of lspdfr.
Update LSPDFR/RPH https://bit.ly/3A9CIhX 
DOWNLOAD THE "MANUAL INSTALL" VERSION, copy and paste EVERYTHING in the zip except for the licenses and lspdfr folders (you can ignore them) into your main GTA directory.

This crash specifically looks to be caused by CountyCalls -> please reinstall it to ensure you are on the latest version.

RPH expects to see GTA5 in the path that your system says it's in (so via registry).
Google GTA5 registry fix, there's a mod on GTA5 mods and you can edit that. 

Захожу как надо, через RAGEPluginHook (когда игра уже запущена), ну как обычно (всегда делал так, т.к. у меня моды). Недавно заного скачал гта 5 и что я вижу - а я вижу краш при Go On Duty, хотя раньше такого не было! Все моды те же, всё поддерживает, а всё равно крашит, хотя без модов нормально работает.
