When opening LSPDFR through RPH it loads in just fine but when its done populating it shows a message on my screen saying something along the lines of "To access UI/Start Menu press ` (TILDA)" and I have absolutely no clue on how to remove it. Nothing in the INI files to make it not show up. Nothing online. It just started happing when I updated to version 3337.

This is actually something that was added to ScriptHookV. We have no idea why though. The fact that Alex's website is down other than the ScriptHookV page barely working, and the fact that this change was very random and very strange leads me to believe that his website might have been hijacked and someone uploaded this version to it. THIS IS JUST A THEORY THOUGH. It might be just the fact that it's now going to be like this. We'll find out eventually though.

It has nothing to do with LSPDFR or RPH.

If someone hijacked his website, they'd probably actually fix it (which should be as easy as removing the referral check) so you can download from it without a bunch of tricks to increase the audience that's going to download your edited binary

 

The fact the site is as badly broken makes me think it's more legitimate, not less.

i’ve been having this issue too, only fix i’ve found so far, albeit an annoying one is resetting my game, sometimes the splash text is stuck on my screen, sometimes it isn’t, it’s clearly something with the newsest script hook update but i haven’t any clue what the exact issue could be 

Here is a .jpg of the banner itself. I too have found out that restarting my game until it's gone does work but the time and effort it takes to keep reloading the game is horrible just to remove something that should clearly have a key or line you can either press or put into the F4 menu to remove it.

My log files don't contain anything that would help I've already went through all the logs. I've even quit the game right after it popped up and checked the logs and the only things in there are normal start up procedures.

Unfortunately, I am not entirely sure.

Go to the ScriptHookV download page. Then you can select the one that says Download. That will download the original version of ScriptHookV without the new FlutterUI.
