There's no error in your RAGE log - this is not an LSPDFR issue. You have most likely installed a mod incorrectly. Try renaming your mods folder to _mods.

There are no errors, probably because I reinstalled LSPDFR and my mods folder is signed as such, right now I’ll try to go into GTA and post a log with an error.

That error occurs if the mods folder is corrupt.

Pls stop writing in that extreme big size...

 

You can fix it by reverting your latest changes to the mods folder or start a new one.
For testing you can disable the whole mods folder by renaming it to _mods
