I currently have LSPDFR 0.4.9 (Build 8747) for the GTA V update which is (v3095.0).

 

Is it possible to get LSPDFR 0.4.9 (Build 8757) for my older GTA V?

Are you using a retail version if GTAV?
Other wise update your game in your game-portal

Once a new LSPDFR/RPH update comes out, you’re no longer able to obtain an earlier version of those two. 
As of right now, build 8757 is the latest.

Please consider updating your game to the latest version that is compatible with our current version of LSPDFR/RPH.

 

We do not provide support or "solutions" for older versions.
