Most definitely the New York City Police Department; it is an honor to live within the five boroughs just to catch glimpses here and there.  Took this photo a few months ago; usually they use either Impalas or Fusions in my neighborhood, so it was a pleasant surprise to see a CVPI;

I am always a bit jittery when it comes to photographing police cars. The looks you get from people are astonishing. But nobody around to harass you in your pic. Nice job!

My favourite would have to be the Australian police because they work together with the community and help out people when they're not needed:)

 

But as in states i would have to pick 3.

 

1 - Tasmania Police

2 - New South Wales Police

3 - Victoria Police

 

Outside of Australia i would have to pick Los Angeles, New York and Miami because those are the 3 i have really heard about.

Well thats not a safety hazzard :P

 

 

Well when your chasing drug smugglers and in a riot then they bring out guns and other stuff, and also they caught that English woman smuggling in drugs and she was sentenced to life.   great policing

I can't blame you, though I imagine in Manhattan it is a bit more tolerable.  Being that I'm in Queens, however, I'm glad that I did not get any odd looks.  It was great to see both the exterior and interior up close and in person; nicely kept for a police CVPI especially in the Northeastern US.

My cousins are all from Windsor so I have to go down there 5 or 6 times a year although I do not see many of their cruisers driving around.
