I downloaded some car packs, none of them enter the game. But as I was driving around, I saw the npcs using the car mods I downloaded but I cant use/spawn them. And even some other npcs are using the cars that I dont want to use

Is there a fix for this?

    Read the included readme, and follow the instructions, you are apparently missing some part of the installation

    Is this car a dlc pack because if so then you should search up how to install dlc packs into gta v

     this video should help you install it but if it is a vehicle replacement then you need to find the right car to replace it.
