    I fixed the problem by deleting and installing my mods folder back on openiv

    Like thats how it looks like in openiv but in game its the wrong car

    I downloaded some car packs, none of them enter the game. But as I was driving around, I saw the npcs using the car mods I downloaded but I cant use/spawn them. And even some other npcs are using the cars that I dont want to use Is there a fix for this?
