a few months ago I downloaded LSPDFR manual Install (lspdfr_049_8757_Manual_Install_2.zip),

 

I started the game and everything ran smoothly until I decided to download some mods:

([EUP 8.2+] German Federal EUP [4K] | All German police uniforms, federal police and customs)

 

(Mercedes Benz V250 2016 Police Baden Württemberg [ELS] [REFLECTION])

 

(Volkswagen Passat B8 Motorway Police DBS 4000)

(Weapon Sound Pack | SP | | FIVEM |)

 

(Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order 9.3.1)

 

and some more but I don't remember which ones they were Anyway,

I watched a tutorial on YouTube on how to install these mods.

I loaded OPEN IV, copied the mods in and started GTA V/LSPDFR and it loaded and loaded and absolutely nothing happened.

 

I hope someone can help me PLEASE !!!

Did you use a mod folder? And have you installed a gameconfig.xml the requirements for the game config?

I think I had to create a mods folder myself (in OPEN IV) , which surprised me too, because I've heard from others that there is already a mods folder when installing Gta V

 

I'm not familiar with all the modding of games and modded files, so unfortunately I don't know whether I have a gameconfig.xml installed

To make mods folder work you should install ASI plugins through OpenIV. I'm as well think that your crash happens because of no gameconfig installed.

I already had everything installed

 

 

I just have no idea where the gameconfig.xml located is and whether I even have it ?

it doesnt work

 

rename mods folder to something like _mods, and try to load your game.

So I downloaded the gameconfig files from GTA 5 Mods and looked for the file location and in the folder I was looking for to drag the new gameconfig into it.
There was already a gameconfig in there, so I deleted it and replaced it with the new one I downloaded, then I opened the game and an error message appeared (something like: No data found, reboot or restart the game

You don't need to delete original gameconfig. Now you have to copy update.rpf again to mods folder via OpenIV.

Btw I just uninstalled gta and reinstalled it again, loaded into the game and nothing happened in the loading screen

You mean you can't load your base GTAV?

If there is no mods, then game files is corrupt. Verify them.
