Have you updated ragenativeui and scripthook v? Along with LSPDFR?

I checked the files through epic games and so far it hasn't crashed... I'll mark your answer as a solution because it was the closest lol

It looks like your ragenativeui.dll and Super Callouts are not loading properly. Try to reinstall them.

Stupid question, but did have any of these installed?
It's required for plugin to work, but you never know for sure, people usually forgets about it.
 

Ok, keep you mods folder at _mods and try to rename plugins to _plugins

 
 
If that doesn’t work I would go and make  sure Windows Defender or another antivirus is not blocking it. And I would also add RPH and GTAV to your firewall exceptions. 

Agree with this 100%, I would give it a try,  my whole computer blue screen sometimes when using reshades lol.

If you happen to use reshade, try taking it out for a session or two, and then take a note of it it crashed randomly or not. I know I have had that issue ever since I started lspdfr, and turned out, Reshade would crash my ELS.asi from time to time, and then other occasions just cause my game to crash to desktop. Everyones game will be a little different, so try and keep in mind the mods you installed, and ensure all metas you may have updated have no syntax errors or missing lines. 

Try removing the plugins you added since it stopped working.

When you say it doesn't work do you mean the EUP menu won't open, or clothing items won't spawn.

Do you have EUP Law and Order installed? It is separate then the EUP menu

Make sure you Anti Virus is disabled or an exception is allowed. 

Add an exception for RPH in windows defender or disable windows defender.

When loading rage try to remove the mods from the plugins folder and put them in another folder not in the game. If you’re able to load in, drag the mods back into the plugins folder and try to load the plugins through the console.

Make sure you follow them closely so you don’t mess anything else up 
 

The game did just update a week ago or so. So sometimes you have to make a new mods folder after that unfortunately. 

Take this over to the FiveM forums and you should be able to get help there. This is for mainly LSPDFR and GTA V.

So, when i load up LSPDFR, everything is working fine, i can go on duty, respond to callouts, etc. But around 15-25 minutes into playing, out of nowhere, it pops up in the bottom left saying something about LSPDFR plugin crashed. I linked a pic of my plugins, maybe one of those are the problem. (I also linked my RagePluginHook.log)

that might have been from a while ago because i dont have traffic policer installed anymore.

I'm trying to delete cars and replace them, but it still comes out as the old cars!
