About crash, can't tell you why that's happend, but UnitedCallouts is in fault.

For some reason HeliAssistance cannot detect that Spotlight is installed and crashes with the reason "Сould not load file or assembly Spotlight"

Dozel's post in lspdfr first response.dll keeps crashing was marked as the answerNo. You have to find .asi script in your game folder which cause crashing. ELS.asi, TrainerV.asi, OpenIV.asi, etc. Remove all .asi files from game folder and add thnem one-by-one and load game after each plugin adding. When you'll get crash - that culprit.

System.AccessViolationException error most likely related to mods folder. Usually it's NVE fault.
