    I assume you either missing IPT.Common.dll or it's old version of it. Install/Update IPT.Common from CalloutInterface.
    About crash, can't tell you why that's happend, but UnitedCallouts is in fault.

    Attach RagePluginHook.log, file located in main GTAV folder. Not from the logs folder.
    But for now I may assume you messed some xml file you have edited recently.

    Because either you calling Air unit or it was attached automatically to pursuit. Anyway, delete HeliAssistance and you'll be happy.
    For some reason HeliAssistance cannot detect that Spotlight is installed and crashes with the reason "Сould not load file or assembly Spotlight"

    You messed somewhere with Boolean value in GrammarPolice settings, revert changes in .ini file.
     
    Plus SimplePoliceHelper required Script HookV.NET to work. Install it.

    No. You have to find .asi script in your game folder which cause crashing. ELS.asi, TrainerV.asi, OpenIV.asi, etc. Remove all .asi files from game folder and add thnem one-by-one and load game after each plugin adding. When you'll get crash - that culprit.

    Update/Install RageNativeUI (RageNativeUI.dll+RageNativeUI.xml) into main GTAV folder.

    It's nothing to do with RageNativeUI.
    System.AccessViolationException error most likely related to mods folder. Usually it's NVE fault.

    Install CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll into main GTAV folder and try again. Latest one you can find in CalloutInterface archive or it's provided with JM Callouts Remastered.
    If it'll still crashing send new log.

    Looks like you messed somewhere during RPH installation. Reinstall it via Manual Install archive.

    Because of syntax error. There is several special characters which xml can't handle.

    After you've installed "compability patch", I highly doubt that.
