Well it just starts the car gives out gray smoke when it starts the engine and it automacticy starts driving i cant stop it

And i get the drunk screen :(

cant even play for more than 3 mins i get this bug

Sounds like a illegal copy issue... If not, have you installed any new mods lately, especially ones requiring asi/.net protocols?

I got EFLC from steam...

And in mods i got vhd towing coroner and police helper and duh.. Lcpdfr :P

Try removing all "scripted mods" first ...see if that helps.

Well this is something Ive never heard of before o.O But does it do that for every car or just for one car? If it does only for 1 car maybe you have installed a handling mod for it which is causing the problem

I have the same problem but without the "drunk cam" as my EFLC game is not illegal, i see (right on EFLC) cop cars driving by themselves, without a driver all across the city when they spawn, but it only happens with POLICE3, POLICE4 and the POLICE BIKE. Do u guys know something about it?

Ok this problem has occurred many many times for me... it seems that it is some glitch going on and It happens even when I start a new game. The only way I know of solving this problem is to remove any saved file and re install the whole of EFLC and this problem happens a lot on EFLC. however after I switched my graphic card to a better one (I have two GPUs in my laptop), this has stopped. However certain things like what Sheriff Van Dyck said has occurred countless times and it's very weird. The only way I can think of is to ask for support from Rockstar.

Every car drives by themselfs.. It happens like after 2+ mins ingame

Reinstall. Simple.

As far as the drunk cam goes, you may have to find the shortcut for the game in your system directories and run the game as an admin. That is usually what causes the drunk cam.

I have cars driving without drivers as well! I just took it as my graphics are crap

Reinstall seems good for me but i'm too lazy to do that haha

 

So as Dillon said, is it a problem with the GPU or just something weird that's going on on EFLC... I'm just going to put black black black windows on that cop cars.

I had that problem as I stated. It seems you might need to re install the whole EFLC and ensure that it is updated. I don't get this at all now. GOt with an EFLC without any car mods installed. If you still get this problem, ask Rockstar for support.
