JackHJameson reacted to ineseri in GTA IV In sub windowI don't really know if you want it to be windowed or not, but if you do; Create a file called "commandline.txt" in GTA IV root directory, and in that file type (without quotes) "-windowed".

JackHJameson reacted to Bojan in Police3, 4, bike ELSGo into the ELS.ini file, and find [POLICE 3] EFLC and change Active = 0 to Active = 1. Do that for [POLICE 4] and any other police cars that need ELS.
You should have something like this in the end:
