make sure your running as admin and your using the left alt 

Re-Install it, try disabeling keys///

You may need to download an ASI loader for your game. Download It Here (http://www.fileplanet.com/221332/220000/fileinfo/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV---ASI-Loader)
Just extract it into your games directory

I cant log in on my laptop, "could not open socket" but its says ASI loader not found im guessing thats the problem?

You had the same problem in your other thread, I'm not quite sure why you felt inclined to make another one. Its a breach of the community guidelines

 

As I said, re-install LCPDFR and select ONE  Asi file.

 

Either dsound or xliveless.

Okay, head to your Grand Theft Auto IV folder, and look for the two following files:

• dsound.dll
• xlive.dll

Tell me which of the two are present. Also try installing this, even if you think you already have, the diagnostics tool doesn't check to see if you have the correct version:

I have EFLC btw but il do that

I have the latest version of gta .net and c++ or whatever its called but when i do the diagnositc the first error is ASI loader not found is that my issue?

Well if you look for those two files in your EFLC folder, I'll be able to tell you.

That's good. If that file is there, then there shouldn't be any problems with that. Have you installed the link I gave above?

I know, but like I said, if you have the wrong version, it will still say you have it installed.
