Can anyone recommend a good ENB to use please?

If you want to have good ELS lights try Game4Video ENB (can be found from GTA4-Mods.com)

Alternatively you can also find the Game4Video ENB right here on LCPDFR.com.

ENB's are for highpowered computers. 

If you arent running with highframes/good specs then i would recommend sticking with a timecycle mod :)

neolux v2 or v3 have to try whatever you like its on gtapolicemods.com

What's the best ENB for the most realism? I saw the screenshots and videos from NicolaiB's CVPI Pack, and they are absolutely amazing... 

 

I want something that looks very real, runs smoothly with a high end system, and allows the ELS to look amazing.

Well, there was a few others but they either got removed because they contained some stolen content from other road textures or the author just wanted to delete it for some reason.. So atleast I havent found any other one 

I use this one: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/simplenb-10-f18372. it does include road textures and tree and bush textures as well.

If you want a good looking game , without lags , use RTC 4 ( Real Time Cyle 4 ) I use it and it looks awesome !

Ye I used Real Time Cycle 4 then I got an ENB In my game .ENB's are regarded as better than time cycles though from what I heard.The are just better quality and if you'r game could run Real Time Cycle (Low end ENB) it might be able to run an ENB .I recommend trying an ENB to see the difference.

Most ENB only works with patch 1.0.3.0, I Use This One http://gtaiv.chinagr...visENB-5.03.zip Downlaod The Zip File And Then Go Here http://gtaiv.chinagr...SkyFix-2.01.zip To Download The Skyfix (Gets Rid Of Red Sky)) and that's for patch 1.0.7.0

I wasn't bumping anything. I was trying to help out by trying to give some valid, helpful information for his game to look better.
