Suggestions for community plugin developers

Featured Replies

Hi, I am (very likely) no longer creating plugins after October 1st, 2022 for at least 6 months, I'll only be updating my current plugins. The plugins below are the ones wanted to create, but I don't have time or motivation for these:

  1. Evidence Locker: go to the trunk and you'll have a prompt where you can type in evidence and add it into the trunk, then you're able to deliver it to a police station. (Relatively easy to create)
  2. Surrender Chance: A chance of the suspect surrendering when he's in a firefight.
  3. Updated fuel mod: I was asked many times to create this because the old one is outdated, buggy, and had performance issues. (According to server members)
  4. Animations menu: have a menu where you can quickly select an animation, add some animations to a 'favorites' list and also have the option to create hotkeys. (Please include the hotkey customization through the menu)

If you have some more suggestions for other developers, leave them below.

There is still 1 plugin incoming which I've been working on with someone else, so there is still one new plugin coming.

I think we have seen enough very good plugins that have worked very well for the lspdfr game, but what has failed the most are the callouts, I have not really seen very good callouts and most of them are always outdated, give errors, crash, very few calls or are unrealistic, actually most of the calls I have seen bring very monotonous calls like a hijacked bus or a dude with a rifle attacks for no reason, I would like to see callouts that have a previous story with a good roleplay development, although I guess it must be very complicated the development of these callouts.

I wouldn't say complicated, id say it's more time consuming than anything personally. But I do have a callout pack in development that will be detailed, unique, and realistic. It's just going to take time to make.

Will miss you man. You made the best plugins. If you make other plugins, I recommend a body bag plugin or a sheet to cover people pronounced deceased on scene.

Idk wat i put here. so i like chp and sdpd

Is there anyway you would bring back the old seatbelt observation plugin? I saw it on Benzos channel and he mentioned getting it from you but it no longer being available. I would love to add it to my list of things to use. Thank you so much.

I merged it into Plain Sight, you can disable the other features if you want to.

@Faya Oh I think I remember his comment on the YT channel.  I was thinking he was referring to the Seat Belt Icon that flashes when starting to drive off. I had mentioned that you had taken it out for a certain reason, but I am using an older version of that plugin.

I actually made something like this but wasn't really motivated enough to bring it to a release state. It basically had the same functionality as the GTA Online player actions/emotes thing in the interaction menu for all the player actions available at the time. This of course is not the same as all the animations/scenarios that are available in a trainer, though, which I imagine is what people are more interested in.
