Plain Sight for Grand Theft Auto V

If you approach a detainee on a traffic stop, you could observe some things such as him or her not wearing a seatbelt, some alcohol containers on the passenger seat, or their side mirror might be broken. You'll get a notification when you encounter one of the observations.

LSPDFR VERSION 0.3 IS NOT COMPATIBLE! DO NOT DOWNLOAD WITH 0.3 INSTALLED!
