None, you have to add the ELS police cars by yourself. Most people in the civilian community dont like ELS so they use NoN-ELS vehicles.

Ohhh man i need your help so much , i need working schafter and rebla (facepalm) i have installed bad mods and they're crashing my game if i spawn 'em and i can't see them in game...

Just a minor note on the trafficlight fix (the script that makes them solid). There is a chance it'll cause some pretty nasty stuttering whenever you drive places. Also, the light poles are roughly as resilient as the Battery Bridge, nothing knocks them down and minor collisions can damage the front of your car pretty bad.

Yeah about that "nothing knocks them down" I was doing a LCPD:FR video a while ago and I jumped off the little "ramp" next to Pay N Spray in Broker and I just totally forgot that if you jump from that position your car will hit the street light, well it did hit the street light and my officer flew out of the windscreen XD

The first one works by turning on your hazards so that the NPC cars automatically take a detour around yours. Great for those who like to run plates/IDs in the middle of the road.

The second one is not really meant to be played with LCPD:FR, but I sometimes play as an undercover ATF officer selling drugs around Liberty City. Those who buy, see my "other side" in a moment. Most of 'em end up surrounded by a plethora of cruisers and officers   I generally spawn some non-suspicious guy as my ped with a trainer and go with a bar bouncer/security guy as my partner. Great mod for RP'ing. It also has an option to rob people so you may just rob the buyer after they buy drugs from you. Good for playing 'corrupt' cops lol!
