    drunk peds, nice mod to add :) (almost a must have!) Random peds will walk around drunk, and sometimes piss on the ground or (i heard) cars :)

    Using it, and its nice when you are patroling the neighborhood

     

    Why would you need that with LCPD:FR??? I mean you dont see so many drunk ppl on the streets lol
