It has just been a month since the 2612 update now here comes the 2628 ? AGAIN ?

as a steam-copy-user i say we should be fine as long as auto-update is deactivated and we start steam and gta in offline mode. roughstar will never be thankful to the modding community which keep their games alive for decades. poor american exceptionalism 😉

If it were just that easy to stay in "offline mode"  nope

One might ask when is GTA 6 coming out? I just finished updating to 2612 yesterday (been on 2372 for a while) anyways now this. 
 

it kind of stinks as I am working on a few plugins and this happened. Grrr. Oh well.

It happens, usually we don't get patches this close to each other.  Small update for GTA, might mean faster update for SHV/LSPDFR/Rage  etc.

Yeah I was really questioning this one why so close? Darn R* for messing up mods. Hopefully SHV, LSPDFR/RPH will update soon. 🙂 
 

Thankfully I know how to revert manually.

well it's not pratical for me to make a copy of steam GTA5 as weird issues have occured before

I feel bad for Alex Blade for ScripthookV needing to update again.  From the last update, it looks like he lives in Ukraine so there could be delays because of you know what going on over there and internet outages.  I need scripthookv for ELS.  Stinkin' R* and their updates.  GTAV should have a change log  on their site, right?  I never looked.  Be interesting to see why the another update so soon.

this one is probably for the bug online which the games took every player as a noob and play the introduction cutscene

benzo my steam app does not tell me to update gta5 do i uninstall and re install?

I use steam as well. I typically downgrade manually to the previous version. Unfortunately I had to revert back to 2372.
