I saw a picture somewhere on this site of a bunch of troopers that were one to a car. Is there actually any way to do that or was that just clever photo editing?

    Just use this:

    & set 1 cop per car in the .ini

     

    I've tried using that script before and I have crashed...will try again though.

     

    EDIT: Do I have to add a new line for the police car? If so, is this okay?

    Ped = Cop
    Hats = 0
    NumPeds = 1
    Chances = 1

    That will result in police2s spawning with only 1 cop in them, but it won't stop the normal 2-cop spawns. You'll just get a mix.
