  • Thanks for the info @Transnapastain - it's looking like this is a regional issue with our CDN. I will forward some troubleshooting information to our CDN provider and see if there's anything obvious o

Chrome works fine.  Just have to click on the "Click here to download" a few times to get it to work.  No biggie.

Seems to be working alright on my end. Firefox 76, even with an advert blocker.

I think lspdfr.com is having an issue. I can’t download any vehicle packs. There probably going to fix it within the next couple hours, or tmr Idk.

No reported issues or download deviations in our analytics so there is definitely no site-wide issue.

It would be helpful if you could attach a diagnostics report (https://www.lcpdfr.com/diagnostics/), and link to files that you are having issues with.

What's tending to happen for me is Im getting the download prompt, its beginning the download, and it either fails immediately, or, about halfway through, the estimated time ramps back up until it fails with "Failed - Network error"

I have been able to download very, very small files.
 - I was able to download a 32 kb file - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/21173-dwardo225s-weapons-rate-of-fire/
 - I was unable to download an 815 mb file - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/audio/26600-no-more-yelling/

On my end, I have

 - Closed my browser entirely and reopened the site
 - Restarted my computer
 - Cycled my router
 - Tested downloads from other sites

Appreciate your help!

Edit to add - I was able to get the second file downloaded by telling Chrome to resume the download multiple times, and it finally completed. Of course, that resulted in the files within the download being corrupt

More edit to add - As reported above, I was able to download the same file on Firefox. Heres a report if it helps

Hi, I have tried to download a vehicle texture pack from this website on multiple devices both on Chrome and bing. When the timer reaches 0 nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Is anyone else having an issue downloading files from this website? It's not a problem on my end (At least i don't think) because i can download files from any other website just fine. But only here they don't work. I clicked on the "If your download does not start, click here." Link multiple times on different files, and it still won't download the file. Any tips or suggestions?

Hi There.

I just tried to download a vehicle and the countdown time goes to zero and nothing happens   using google chrome and no ad blockers

Brad

I am, as well, unable to download anything from LCPDFR.  I am using Chrome and do not even get a download prompt when attempting to download any files.  However, I just attempted to download with Firefox and it seemed to work.

Okay so this is most likely not a network issue then. I will look into this later when I get home, but thanks for providing a workaround for affected users.

Add me to the list of not being able to download with Chrome and Edge (a last resort use). I haven't tried Firefox, but yeah, definitely an issue somewhere with something, whether it's LSPDFR/LCPDFR or not.

Edit: I can confirm that Firefox also works for me.

It looks like this is a Chrome "feature". For some reason the iframe that starts our downloads is being tagged by Chrome as an 'ad frame' and is being blocked as Chrome thinks it as advertisement trying to download the file. However, this is an incorrect automatic detection as the iframe only exists to start the download and is not coming from an ad. I'll see if I can quickly do this a different way.

Either way, clicking the manual download link a few times seems to work around this for now.

There are one or two posters who have a separate issue that we are looking into, though.

I've fixed an issue around some of the JS code around our downloads. I've also heard from our CDN provider that they have made some small tweaks.

Is anyone else still now having issues? If so, please include a diagnostics report (if you haven't already earlier in the thread) and let me know what issues you're still having.
