Hello!

 

I have updated GTAV to Version 1.0.2189.0 via Steam because it refused to launch without updating.

 

The problem now is that neither RagePluginHook or ScriptHookV agree to launch. They both

say this version is unsupported (which i guess it is, cause from rages downloads page it looks like the latest GTAV version it supports is v2060 and ScriptHookVs download page also says v1.0.2060.1), so my question is: what am i supposed to do?

 

When will RagePluginHook and other mods update?

Currently we do not know when RAGE/ScriptHookV/LSPDFR will be updated but it typically takes around a week.

 

An alternative way to load ScriptHookV scripts in the meantime is by using this: 

https://github.com/fr-Pursuit/AsiSupport/releases

1 week was what is was last time but this update was bigger so don't get your hopes up

Yeah, just to add on to what Charlie Said Since this update has to do with addon on to the map, It might take longer than a week, I suspect it might take at least two weeks.

Some very smart people are already working on it. It just takes some time 🙂

I downloaded this and it still doesn't work. When I want to launch it says I need to revert to the old version. I did that and then it gave me a error on launch (7002.1). Then I went to OpenIV and updated my update.rpf and it still gave me the error..

Because Im new to modding and screw up and have had to restore my computer several times since starting this a month ago. I have an original copy of gtav, a copy with lspdfr basics, and a copy of everything i play with backed up on a external hard drive with version 1.0.2060.0. So i cut off auto update from epic game launcher, replaced my update.rpf gtav.exe & playgtav with my back up version. And everything is working fine now.

If it doesn't work I would just suggest you wait.

I have heard that there are some issues relating to that error so be patient 🙂

I just want to say that i downloaded the bypass and Windows Defender straight away detected a trojan right after finishing setup.

 

I DO NOT SUGGEST INSTALLING IT!

Mods don't make money, sadly it's that simple. Rockstars greatest concern is online multiplayer populations and micro-transactions through shark cards. Remember every-time you modify a skin, weapon, or anything like that technically speaking that's something Rockstar wishes they could monetize and sell. In GTA Online people PAY for skins for guns and their character. Meanwhile we simply mod the textures and enjoy the changes we so please. That probably drives Rockstar insane.

Having numerous threads asking when there will be an update is counter productive. Please just keep an eye on the news banner (top of the home page)
