I've already updated ScriptHookV to the new version, but I had to delete the dinput8 files, and now it works—though without any mods installed.

Thanks all - this feels like a genuinely positive first step for transparency & inaccurate descriptions.

I think it's also worth acknowledging the wider impact, with low-effort uploads affecting developers who invest significant time into creating, testing & maintaining projects - so it's not just a user filtering issue, but a fairness and visibility one too.

Hey Cam, I tried this and it did work. However then I could not use ENB. HOWEVER, I updated to the latest quantV, and it comes with ENB built in and updated so that 100% fixed my problem, where I can use ENB and SSLA! I so appreciate you helping me! 

Fixed it 
1)set GTA5.exe to windows7 compatibility mode
2) copy & past d3d11.dll in main dir
3) rename d3d11-copy to d3d12.dll (make sure you have both d3d11 and d3d12 in dir)
4) edit enb local and change the Proxylib to d3d12.dll instead of d3d11
5) Now start your game it should work good without crashes
if you want SSLA(Sirensettinglimitadjust) to work you need to remove the compatibility mode from gta5.exe and no it wont crash as long as you do step 3 tp 4 if you have enb

Hey! hope all are well. I was just adding some car mods to my game yesterday, and then all of a sudden the game started crashing on start up (when launching with rph. So with that being said I knew what to do, which was launch via regular GTA. It didnt crash on startup, however as I got to the second loading screen it crashed. So at this point I figured it was one of the car mods so I disabled my mods folder using it "_mods". Oddly enough that didnt fix it at all. So I deleted all of the car mods I installed initally, crashed again. I have no idea what to do at this point! Could use some help!
 

Problem has been fixed, siren limit adjuster was out of date. if anyone experiences the same problem, removed siren limit adjuster, it doesnt have a update yet.

I would recommend checking out Bejijo website they have all of the latest mods Including the Popular Ultimate Backup and Stop the ped, However there are a lot of other plugins aswell! Website link:https://www.bejoijo.com/. Another Plugin I would reccomend checking out is United Callouts (a callout pack) the link for that is here:
 
I would also check this increadible uniform pack called EUP which gives you more uniforms than the defult game you will need to install more two mods which I will link both of in right here:
 
and one more thing I would reccomend installing vest and earpiece

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Hey there, I read your log and it seem like the crash has something to do with section136 callouts, What I want you to do is remove that Plugin and run your game just to see if it works with out that callout pack, if you have any questions let me know.

Yup, I've unzipped and reloaded the file into the directory multiple times. 

hm that odd, Have you tried to reinstall stop the ped?

Thanks for helping me out. Do you mean change the LSPDFR-folder or the Plugin-folder (see screenshot attached)?

I'm not seeing any error in your log file, apart from the ambient blips error, which is caught and handled by LSPDFR.
 
Do you have a mods folder? Try disabling it by renaming it to _mods and trying again.

hey there, Medic sadly did remove these truck for unknown reason however there is a big chance that he is updating the trucks and adding more feature so that he can post it again. For right now they are not avalibe. however you can constantly check to see if they are posted by checking out modifications universe.
