Can i add like even more police cars to normal GTA 4? Because i wanted to have more police cars in gta 4, is there something like a mod or something?, because when i put cars in spark iv with other names like policecar4 spark iv doesnt put new cars, just replace.

It's possible to add up to 3 more police cars. There is a guide on GPM how to do this.

but the AI will only drive the main two.

but you can use Traffic Spawner.
