Can't exit out of an image on the file page?

Featured Replies

I was browsing through three different mods today over in the GTA 5 mods section, and on the page, whenever I click the top images, I can't exit out of the image, I have to refresh. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm not seeing any issue on my end, I'm able to click the X in the top right corner of the file's screenshots just fine.

First, try clearing your browser cache. This will most likely fix the issue.

If this doesn't fix the issue, please let us know the following:

  • Your user agent string (you can grab this on a site like https://www.whatsmyua.info/)
  • Which G17 Media regionserver you are using. You can find this out by highlighting over the small bug on the bottom right hand side of the site.
  • Whether you are using any extensions that can interfere with the site (third party dark modes, adblockers, etc)

I've been having this issue for a few days. I've cleared my cache before checking the forums. There is also an issue trying to upload picture. When I go to edit the details I have to click multiple times, then the save details button only clicks to the left of the actual button, and I can't click upload image.

We'll really need the information above before I can investigate this, it's not happening for me so the above info will help us track it down.

Thanks! We're looking into this now.

We've identified the problem and will hopefully have a fix very shortly.

Wonderful, thank you for quickly responding and working on the issue. Please let us know when it has been fixed?

I was wanting to upload pictures of my WIP cars for an update and, as of now, I can't.
