Ford Explorer (INTERIOR) Fedral Signal Valor lightbar By PimDSLR V.1.5

Look people, I did my best for you all. And almost all problems are related to the original model. I'm sorry to say but the model isn't that great in quality: no detailed interior, and also the invisible problem isn't my fault. The car has no 1,2,3 LODs. So I'm currently fixing problems that I didn't cause. So I hope you understand that.

My LAPD version have lods, exclude wheel lod

The car is great, except for the disappearing bug. Not a big issue, but it is there.

I would strongly suggest adding a pushbar to the vehicle and maybe moving the windshield advisor forward and possibly to the center. That way, the windshield wipers won't get in the way..

I want to put it in FBI2 slot. I have change the name from police3 to fbi2 and but it in the 64e and patch2 folder. But how do i change the carvariations.meta file from police3 to fbi2? Cant find it anywhere.

Can I replace this with policet?

Cant find the fbi2 in any  carvariations.meta file...

Just a quick question, are you planning on adding this lightbar to the tahoe. It would fit the whole Delaware theme that I´m going for perfectly!

For some reason the light bar on my game freaks the hell out and has lights on the outer perimeters of the light bar. Did I do something wrong?

There is a push bar, did you not have it in game? Or see the pics?

I am experiencing an issue where the vehicle disappears if it is about two or more houses away from me.  The people inside are still visible however (floating above ground in a sitting posture).  Any ideas what might be causing this?  I really love this mod and would like to keep it installed so I hope to be able to fix the disappearing issue.

EDIT: I just noticed your comment "(Keep in mind that the invisible problem isn't sloved, because the author gave me the wrong models)".  So this is a known bug then, not specific to just me?

Yeah, hopefully it will get fixed, because I really like the model otherwise.

The author of the model doesn't respont to my messages. So the chance is small. What really disappointed me. But it would be great if I can use a another model for the valor.

Great work on your part though!  Best Ford Explorer Police Interceptor package I have seen so far.

i dont know what the f*** is happening, because for me file have lods, for PimDSLR this file dont have lods...

I don't know either. I'm not lying, believe me. I just what to finish this car. Hate it to realise models that aren't finished. But I is my fault, I should have checked the first files for LODs. I hope we can try it again.

Change the handling id to police3 in meta for both.

does anyone else have an issue with this skin where if they get about 100ft from the car the texture disappears? I can still see officers sitting in it and if they have lights on those works, but the texture itself disappears. doublechecked the carvariation file and all is good.

Edit: Just read threw the previous pages and saw that its a bug for everyone. hope a fix comes soon would love to use this car!

Yes, it's a known bug.  This one has it worse than any other model I have used.  Almost all of my vehicle mods have their wheels disappear as they roll off into the distance.  There are only a select few vehicle mods which I have installed that do NOT do this.  From a distance, most of my vehicle mods look like a Star Wars landspeeder.  Must have something to do with LODs I suppose.  I'm pretty close to abandoning GTAV mods all together and just play vanilla.

You working on an interior? Because really all you have done was add lights and change the light bar. The interior is much need. 4/5 or 9/10. Also, must say that the lightbar is really well done!
