Tired of those endless foot pursuits? Do you find yourself unlawfully shooting fleeing suspects in their backs because you're too lazy to chase? This is for you.

I've had this running for personal use for ages, but seeing as lots of people were requesting something like this I've decided to share it with you.

Foot Pursuit Aid is designed to make foot pursuits more manageable in a realistic way.
When you're running, you can press Enter on your keyboard or RightShoulder on your controller to make your character sprint for a short duration. Doing this has a small health cost (but it will never kill you) and there is a cooldown of 3 seconds. This is all configurable.

Installation
Place FootPursuitAid.dll in your GTA V/Plugins folder.
Place FootPursuitAid.ini in your GTA V/Plugins folder. Adjust the settings to your liking.
Place Albo1125.Common.dll in your GTA V folder.
Add "LoadPlugin FootPursuitAid.dll" to your startup file. Alternatively, load FootPursuitAid from the Rage console (F4 ingame).

Hold shift when launching RagePluginHook until the settings box opens, then just go to plugin tab and check it.

DPad up is already used for the in-game phone though, and can't be changed.

Maybe make it configurable, with a default of Right Shoulder button? Normally that button puts you into cover, but without any cover objects by you it doesn't really do anything. User-Configurable is the best way to do it from a User Experience standpoint if at all possible, as everyone has their stuff set up differently.

I'll be aadding an ini file to customise all of the settings after the weekend :)

I would always use the "never tired" feature of my trainer to get around this, but I'd still run equally as fast as the suspect. I've had like 5 minute long foot pursuits that only end because I shot the guy in the leg.

Much needed.

Yep it comes with a very nice ini file.

HOWEVER, Be careful when editing your ini file other wise you will end up like my video here https://youtu.be/HxL6z6uIAr8?t=30m3s I linked it to where I use Foot Pursuit Aid so you don't have to watch the whole thing.

I updated to the newest version and now it doesn't work for me. If anything I can hit the key and get the indication that my health has been affected but no actual increase in speed.
