For installation instructions. you need to know how to install cars and carcols.meta.

there are many tutorials online for it. use the latest dlc

 

This is the first police car with 2 lightbars.
Extra 1 is the Fedsig Vista, Extra 2 is the Code3 21TR by Kygo, converted to GTA V by me.

Do not use parts or re-upload this car on another website, or ask permission first please.

Model is original Driver San Francisco , modified for GTAV by F5544, marked to police version by Cj24 and KevinDV
Liveries are made by BogdanM.
Fedsig Vista Lightbar, Rhino Rambar made by F5544 and Textures by Lt.Caine/F5544.

What's New in Version 1.7

Released

V1.1 fixed the folded spots, fixed the bright interior lights, added wraparound, removed the Lapd bullbar. green interior lights will come later.
fixed the glass reflection.

V1.2 fixed the non breaking glass.

V1.3 Fixed the prisoner cage, hubcaps now accurate, optional green interior lights, some small optimizations

Added lapd rims in the steel version.

V1.4. Fixed the reflection of the tire.

V1.5 Improved paint reflection(same as default GTA V cars)

V1.5.1 fixed the no wheel issue

V1.6 fixed daytime vista/code3 21tr glass texture white reflection.

V1.7 final Made it compatible with carcols. and made lights with emissive bits.

Replace it with the sheriff in patchday3ng, I've never tried replacing sheriff with police3 patchday4ng since I have the Ford Interceptor Sedan replaced

If you want it as police it's in x64e>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf  and make sure you click on "edit mode" at the top and replace the police file.

If you want to replace it as sheriff just rename the file from police to sheriff and replace in update>x64>dlpacks>patchday3>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

    My game crashes when I replace the LSPD vapid steiner ( police1 ) with this. Is it because there is no 'police hi' for first police slot or I didn't change carvariations correctly?

    EDIT: Problem solved I forgot police1 and police 1 hi wasn't in patchday3ng and 4ng

    I tried using texture editor to throw these into my game. I'm using your mx7000 version of the same vehicle, but it shows up like this:

    Still using this (mainly because of the Vista lightbar) and one thing annoys me: Reverse lights turn on when medium distant. Any chance you fix this? Great car anyway.

    Can anyone get this lightbar to work in 2022? Can get it to appear, but can't get it to work. Maybe because ELS was updated? What am I missing?

    It should work. It is an extra an no els

    But the file is outdated. There are better ones nowadays. Look for cvpi

    Do you just drag replace carcols or do you actually have to add the text to the current carcols file? Tried both but couldn't get it to work. Looked up some videos but couldn't figure out where the text in the attached files actually goes. Thanks for your help! Love the vista

    No you need to add the lines in carcols and the id in car variation.meta
